Booking Rules

Booking your speaking sessions is a key part of improving your speaking skills with CfCcreators. The number of sessions you can book depends on the plan you’ve chosen. Below are the booking guidelines to help you stay on track.

Booking Rules for 8, 12, 20 & 40-Speaking Session Plans

• You are allowed to make 1 booking per day or consecutive bookings (back-to-back sessions on the same day) depending on your availability and preference.
  

• You can only book up to the number of sessions available in your plan. For example, if you have a 20-speaking session plan, you can book up to 20 speaking sessions.
  

• Your remaining speaking sessions are listed in the confirmation email sent to your registered email address after subscribing.
  

• 1-month unused speaking session plan does not carry over to the next month. Each plan must be used within 30 days, and any unused sessions will expire after that period. Transfer coupons will not be issued for sessions not used within the validity period.
  
  

Transfer Coupons

• Transfer coupons are for missed speaking sessions. Since missed sessions are not eligible for a refund, a transfer coupon will be provided instead.

• All sessions and coupons are tied to your registered email address. If this email becomes inactive, any unused coupons will be considered invalid and cannot be recovered.

• Use your registered email for all bookings and support requests.
