Booking Rules – CfCcreators

At CfCcreators, we aim to make your speaking practice smooth, flexible, and effective. Here’s everything you need to know before booking a session.

Availability

Speaking sessions are available 7 days a week.
However, availability may vary depending on the coaches’ schedules.

Booking a Speaking Session

Booking your speaking session is quick and simple:

• You can book up to 7 days in advance, or 24 hours before the session begins.

• After booking, you can personalize your speaking session by adding notes or making a special request, this helps your facilitator prepare, so you can make the most of your time.
  
  

Types of Speaking Sessions

We offer three flexible speaking approaches:

1. Themed Discussion Cards – Practice impromptu speaking with focused, fun topics.

2. Conversation Starter Cards – Choose questions in advance for more structured conversations.

3. Free Conversation – Enjoy relaxed, open-ended chats to build fluency and comfort.
   
   

First-Time or Returning?

• New to a coach? Feel free to introduce yourself or ask about their style.

• Already familiar? You can jump straight into the session and start speaking.
  
  

Lesson Notes

Coachess can leave session notes to help you review and track your progress. Notes are optional, so if you'd like them, simply request this during the booking process.

Special Requests

During booking, you’ll see a field labeled Special Request (#3). Use it to:

• Share your goals or challenges

• Suggest discussion topics
  

This helps tailor your speaking session to your needs.

Cancelling a Speaking Session

You can cancel a session anytime before it starts, but the issuance of transfer coupons depend on timing:

• More than 24 hours in advance: You’ll automatically get your transfer coupon.

• Less than 24 hours: Transfer coupon will not be issued.
  

To cancel: Use the 'Cancel' link sent to your registered email after booking.

Note: If payment can't be confirmed, CfCcreators may cancel your speaking session. Reach out to us if this happens.

Repeated Cancellations

Frequent cancellations may result in a notice on your account. Please respect your coach’s time and book responsibly.

Automatic Cancellations

To ensure fairness and punctuality, the following rules apply:

If you are late:

• More than 10 minutes late = session auto-cancelled, transfer coupon will not be issued.
  
  

If the coach is late:

• More than 2 minutes late = session auto-cancelled, you get your transfer coupon.
  
  

Disconnection Rules

If you disconnect for more than 10 minutes, session auto-cancelled, transfer coupon will not be issued..

If the coach disconnects for more than 5 minutes:

Session auto-cancelled, you get your transfer coupon.

Consecutive Sessions

Planning back-to-back sessions with the same coach? Here’s how it works:

• You can cancel any of the consecutive speaking sessions before the first session starts.

  • More than 24 hours in advance: transfer coupon will be issued.

  • Less than 24 hours: transfer coupon will not be issued.

• Once the first speaking session begins, all linked consecutive sessions are treated as one combined session.

  • Cancelling afterward means you will not receive transfer coupons for any part of it.
