Refund Policy

All purchases made on CfCcreators are non-refundable, except in the rare case where a technical issue on our platform prevents you from accessing the system during the duration of your active plan. In such a situation, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.

Transfer coupons are also non-refundable and expire 30 days from the date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions

Speaking Session Plans

The full amount for your selected speaking session plan is charged at the time of purchase. Payments are automatically deducted from your selected credit or debit card. Once payment is completed, you will receive access to book speaking sessions according to your plan.

Transfer Coupons

Missed speaking session will not be eligible for a refund; instead, a transfer coupon will be provided. Transfer coupons are valid for 30 days and cannot be carried over to the next month. Unused coupons will expire and are non-refundable.

Booking Policy

• You may book up to two speaking sessions per day.

• Speaking sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the session start time.

• Cancellations must also be made no less than 24 hours before the session to receive a return coupon.
  
  
  

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If a speaking session is cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice, a transfer coupon will be issued for rescheduling.

• If a CfCcreators coach is unexpectedly unavailable at the scheduled session time, a transfer coupon will be provided to reschedule your session at no extra charge.
  
  
  

Payment Information

Payments can be made using PayPal, which also supports credit and debit card payments. Please note that some banks may apply an international transaction fee, depending on their own policies. CfCcreators is not responsible for these additional charges.
